This Cookie Policy explains how Revnaris uses cookies and similar technologies on revnaris.com and in the product. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1.What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They let the site remember things about your visit — like your login state or language preference — so you don't have to start over every time. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags; we treat them under this policy too.
2.Why we use them
We use cookies for four purposes:
- To make the site work. Keeping you logged in, remembering your workspace selection, holding your draft messages.
- To make it work better. Remembering your display preferences (dark theme, collapsed sidebar, saved filters).
- To understand how it's being used. Anonymous aggregate analytics so we can improve the product.
- To measure marketing. On the marketing site (not inside the product), knowing roughly how many visitors came from a given campaign.
We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising, retargeting networks, or behavioural profiling.
3.Types of cookies we use
By necessity:
- Strictly necessary — needed for the site to function. These do not require consent.
- Preference — remember choices you make.
- Analytics — help us understand usage patterns in aggregate.
By duration:
- Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — stay until they expire or you delete them.

5.Third-party cookies
Some pages may load content from third parties, which can set their own cookies:
- Stripe — on payment pages, for fraud prevention. See Stripe's privacy notice.
- YouTube / Vimeo — if we embed a video, the player may set cookies when you press play. We prefer privacy-friendly embeds that don't load until interaction.
We do not use social media tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Twitter Pixel) on our marketing site or in the product.
6.Managing cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- In our consent banner. When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
- In your browser. Every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies. Here are quick links:
- Do Not Track. We honour the
DNTbrowser signal where it is sent and treat it as a request to disable analytics cookies.
Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will stop parts of the site from working — you won't be able to stay logged in, for example.
7.Changes
We may update this policy as our cookie usage changes. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
