Why per property instead of per seat?
Because the AI handles the message volume, not your staff. A 48-room property with 12 FO agents pays the same as one with 4 — we don't want to penalize you for staffing coverage. The variable cost scales with the actual workload, which is the AI's conversation count.
What happens if I go over the AI conversation limit?
We don't cut you off mid-month. Overage is billed at $0.09 per conversation above your limit, invoiced at the end of the month. Alerts fire at 75% and 90% so you can decide whether to upgrade.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days with your own PMS connected, up to 1,000 AI conversations. We set it up with you on a call rather than behind a signup form, so your real properties, rates and brand voice are in it from day one. No card, no commitment.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
Yes. Monthly pricing is 20% higher than the annual rates shown — $419/mo Starter, $719/mo Growth. Enterprise is always custom.
What's included in onboarding?
Starter: self-serve + email support. Growth: 2-week guided onboarding, PMS connection, AI brand-voice tuning, staff training session. Enterprise: 4–6 week white-glove onboarding with a dedicated project manager.
