Terms of Service
On this page
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Revnaris. By entering into an agreement with us or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the service.
1.Acceptance of terms
These Terms are a binding agreement between you (and the organisation you represent) and Isloo Tech, operator of Revnaris. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
If your organisation signs a separate master agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms wherever they conflict.
2.Definitions
- "Revnaris", "we", "us" — the service and the company behind it, Isloo Tech.
- "Customer", "you" — the organisation that subscribes to Revnaris.
- "User" — an individual authorised by the Customer to use the service.
- "Service" — the Revnaris web application, APIs, documentation, and all related products.
- "Customer Data" — any data the Customer uploads, enters, or allows into the Service, including guest personal data processed on the Customer's behalf.
3.The service
Revnaris is a hospitality CRM. We provide inbound-conversation management, opportunity and reservation workflows, AI-assisted replies, analytics, and integrations with PMS, payment, and communication platforms.
We provide the Service "as-is" but take continuous improvements seriously. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect the Service's core functionality.
4.Your account
To use the Service you need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during onboarding and keep it current.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security incident involving your account.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account, including that of your Users.
5.Plans and billing
Pricing
Current pricing is on our pricing page. Pricing can change for new terms; existing committed terms are honoured until renewal.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. We'll email you a reminder before renewal.
Payment
Fees are due in advance. We invoice at the start of each billing period, payable within the terms shown on the invoice (typically 14 or 30 days). Overdue amounts may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
Overage
If you exceed your plan's AI conversation limit, we charge the overage rate shown in your plan. We send alerts at 75% and 90% so you can decide whether to upgrade.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel mid-term you keep access until the term ends; we don't refund the unused portion.
Taxes
Prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable VAT, GST, or similar.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property or privacy.
- Send spam, phishing, or any unlawful or misleading communications.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, overwhelm our infrastructure, or probe for vulnerabilities except under a coordinated security review.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models.
- Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service as a managed offering without our written permission.
- Train competing AI models using data obtained from the Service.
We may suspend accounts that engage in clearly abusive conduct, with notice where feasible.
7.Your data
You own your Customer Data. We do not acquire any ownership right in it. We process it only to deliver the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy and in the separate Data Processing Agreement that forms part of these Terms.
You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Customer Data strictly to provide the Service and perform our obligations under these Terms.
You are responsible for making sure you have the legal right to put Customer Data into the Service — including the right to process any personal data of your guests.
8.Our intellectual property
Revnaris, including the software, documentation, designs, logos, and content, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your subscription. No other rights are granted.
Feedback you give us about the Service is appreciated and may be used freely by us without obligation.
9.Confidentiality
Each of us may receive information from the other that is confidential. The receiving party will protect it with the same care it uses for its own confidential information (and never less than reasonable care) and will use it only to perform under these Terms.
This obligation lasts for the term of these Terms and for 3 years after. It does not apply to information that is or becomes public without breach, was already known, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.
10.Availability and SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the core Service, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced in advance) and factors outside our reasonable control.
For Growth and Enterprise plans, if uptime falls below the target, you're entitled to a service credit as detailed in your plan's SLA. Service credits are the exclusive remedy for availability issues.
We publish operational status at status.revnaris.com.
11.Suspension and termination
Termination by you
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Your access ends at the end of the current paid term unless we agree otherwise.
Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms and don't cure the breach within 30 days of written notice (or immediately for serious breaches, abuse, or legal issues).
Effect of termination
On termination, your access to the Service ends. You can export your Customer Data in a machine-readable format for 60 days after termination; after that it is permanently deleted. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, IP, confidentiality, limitations of liability) do so.
12.Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that we will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, materially in accordance with our documentation.
Except for that, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
AI output disclaimer. Revnaris includes AI features that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent or acted on. We make no warranty that AI output will be accurate, suitable for your purposes, or free of errors.
13.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Each party's total aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to breaches of confidentiality, indemnification obligations, infringement of intellectual property rights, or payment obligations.
14.Indemnification
We will defend you against third-party claims alleging that the Service, as provided by us and used as permitted, infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, and will pay damages or settlement amounts finally awarded.
You will defend us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
Each party will promptly notify the other of any claim, give control of the defence to the indemnifying party, and reasonably cooperate.
15.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer or data protection law of the country you are resident in. Those rights apply regardless of the governing law stated above. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom that includes your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR and your right to complain to your local supervisory authority; comparable protections apply in other regions. Our commitments in the Privacy Policy — including the deployment region you select and the data residency that follows from it — stand on their own and are not displaced by this clause.
16.Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service and law evolve. For material changes, we'll notify you by email and in-product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date counts as acceptance. If you object, you can cancel before the effective date for a prorated refund of fees paid in advance.
17.General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and (where applicable) the DPA and your plan's SLA, are the entire agreement between us.
- Assignment. You cannot assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Waiver. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
- Notices. We'll send notices to the email on your account. You can send notices to [email protected].
